* Graduate of any four-year course.
* Must be knowledgeable in all lines of non-life insurance
Financial Analysts / Credit Analysts
* Must be Accountancy graduates w/any of the following:
* Experience in handling Financial Statement and Analysis in a non-life insurance.
* Experience in handling Credit & Collection tasks.
Programmer / Analysts
*Graduate of B.S. Computer Science.
* With a working knowledge in Oracle programming.
Secretaries / Office Assistants
* 4 year course graduates, preferably coming from UP / UST.
* Female / Male, 23-33 yrs. old.
* Has initiative and sales experience is an advantage.
* Computer proficient, reliable, & responsible.
Senior/Junior Technical Consultants
* Graduates of IT or Business related courses w/prior:
* Experience on T24 / Globus or Avaloq, Oracle, DB2, SQL or other RDBMS.
* Experience on Visual Basic, Java, C++, C. Knowledge of Universe / JBase, is an advantage.
Senior/Junior Mechanical Design Engineers
* Registered Mechanical Design Engineers.
* Design experience in Cooling and Heating Load Calculation using Carrier and HEVACOMP
Program Software; Water, Gas & Steam Piping System; MVAC Duct Sizing; Equipment Sizing
& Selection; Fire protection System; Plumbing System; CSD & SEM Coordination; Building
Automation System, Preparation of Technical Specification and Design Report.
Senior/Junior Fire Protection, Plumbing, Sanitary Design Engineers
* Registered Engineers with experience in any of the following:
* Design experience in Fire Sprinkler Hydraulic Calculation (ELITE Program Software); Gas &
Chemical type Fire Suppression System; Fire Service; Equipment Sizing & Selection; CSD &
SEM Coordination.
* Design experience in Hot and cold water system, sewer, waste and vent system, Rainwater
system, Gas system, sizing and selection of equipment, preparation of technical specification.
Senior /Junior Civil/Structural CAD Engineers
* Registered Civil/Structural Engineers.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD (Rel2000 and above) with detailing background in reinforced
concrete, bar bending and rebar cutting schedules.
* Knowledge of CADS-RC would be an advantage.
M & E CAD Drafts Person
* Knowledge of AutoCAD for building services.
* With skills in MEPF CAD drafting.
